Hmm, got any pics? I'd like to see it. And what tires are you running with those wheels?

Just saying an offset is not only going to throw this guy off, but its also misinformation.

Offset and wheel width go hand in hand. Play around with this http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

So sure, the USDM ITR offset is +50, but its also only 6" wide.

Re-read the post above from KOALA YUMMIES. As he correctly notes, stating the offset is meaningless unless you also state the wheel width. That's because the offset only tells how far off the wheel's center line is from the surface where the wheel mounts to the hub. If the wheel is wider, you may need to re-position the center line (change the offset from stock) because you have a lot more room in the wheel well to handle the additional width on one side (the outside or the inside) than the other.

that doesnt make any sense...you cant change the offset of a rim...a rim is casted to its offset by the factory. you can change how it sits by a spacer...a tire doesnt change the offset either, i never heard of a 48, 52 however...what part of the size are you talking about?

original poster did you swap out your knuckles for itr ones, or did you do it the correct way and swap over the hub to your stock DA knuckle?

i bought aftermarket axles and had them use type-r hubs that where turned down to fit a DA. so im pretty sure thats the same as using stock type-r hubs. they wouldnt work with new axles.

ok you did it the correct way...however i really dont think you should be worried about ITR's offset since you drive a DA. your stock offset is what matters. from the looks of the pics it will probably stick out a bit, but since you are probably lowered you wouldnt be able to tell due to negative camber bringing the upper part of the tire inside...

yeah, i put some rims and tires on the back and set it down on the ground. the front looks a lil better. but it still looks like its gonn astick out some. keep in mind theres no rotor between the hub and wheel.

edit: i think im just gonna try and give these wheels back to guy i bought them from, and get my money back.

Tires do not have offset. Not sure what the hell you are talking about here?

It might be worth noting that the ITR hub sticks out from the knuckle 5mm more than the stock hub. Not a huge amount, but should still be factored in.

I mention this because I too have thought "what would be the best offset to go with on my DA with 16x7, 5x114.3 wheel?"
