The locking pin is super cool! I love them, and no more worries about them slipping..... Quality is top notch!
Now my only question is whether or not they will fit under an uncut valve cover.....

The Shoulder Bolt should be tightened until it is snug with a 3/32" allen wrench. The main bolt should be tightened to 24 ft. lbs. (manufacturer's setting). The four locking bolts should be tightened to 14 ft. lbs. with a 12 point 8mm socket. It is recommended that blue Lock-Tite should be applied to all bolts.

Ahh, this explains the onslaught of PM's and phone calls (they go in fazes about every 6 months).
I'm no longer selling these (in fact, I'm no longer selling anything!) , and ST Corsa is either doing just Ferrari/Lamborghini work or out of business. The owner/inventor claims to have a patent and doesn't want to do anything with it. Find something else

I've been trying for the longest time, to getting him to produce them again. They are a big hit, and they are an awesome piece of work. I see there is now a partition trying to get him to make them again. since Im an "insider" i think i might be able to get him to make a few. i will update this post when i find out.

one thing i noticed is its quite difficult to insert the locking pin whenever you adjust the settings, it ate up a lot of time during my dyno session

^^^ Here ya go. Taken from Revscene fs post...
I would be curious about balance and what effects this may have on the cam journal near the timing belt... if any... just curious.

My guess would be no effect. The timing belt puts on alot more force than that little pin on a cam gear.
