EXPO4: Important - Help Needed.
Hey Guys..
We need some help from you graphics people. We need some designs done, but for the web and for print. This is NOT a high paying job (we'd prefer pro-bono like the rest of us are, but there are some VERY LIMITED funds available). We want to see to example work, especially if you do want money.
Please IM me on HT, or email me dave@itrca.com if you are interested in helping us out.
Thanks a bunch.

What do you guys need? Main logo, mini logo, that tag that goes in the mugen pit pass holder (landyard or something like that)?

Here's what we need. Last years version can be used as an example.
Event pass (incorporates the expo4 logo design and lists sponsors with their respective logos, also has an area for name, car number, and pass type (Sponsor, organizer, Student, Guest, Instructor, etc). Must be print quality in terms of DPI with a printed size that'll fit the lanyard/credential holders (assume the size of the mugen one, I can measure my pass from last year)
raffle tickets - printable quality again, printable format of course. I forgot exactly how these were done last year since I didn't get one (sucks being an organizer eh)
Tshirts - For cost reasons, these have to be fairly basic in terms of color. Should represent the track, the event, the sponsors, etc. like last years shirt, just updated for this year. printable so high dpi again. sized to well, fit on a t-shirt.
minor web images - 72dpi is fine here. the images will vary in size depending on purpose.
Flash film for expo 3: go see the expo 1/2 ones for examples.
other printed items - misc stuff.

You mean something like this one?
Though this may just be a temprary "working" design.
