SuckMyDOHC believes this is the picnic area, if it ends up not being the right location just look for the picnic area with 20 ITRs.


I've almost heard from everyone and it looks like Sunday March 30th is the best day to have the meet. Please pm me if you aren't on the list and are 100% sure you can make it and let me know if you plan of bringing your girlfriend/wife/friend but try not to bring your whole family. Also pm SuckMyDOHC with what you can bring for the BBQ. Remember we are probably going to have around 30 people to feed so don't be cheap and at least contribute $10 in food or supplies.

So since nobody else seems like they wanna tackle on organizing the bbq, I guess I will. We're gonna need everybody to bring something, so who wants to step up and be the first to volunteer? Remember, we have at least 25 confirmed people comming so we need to make sure we have enough of everything to go around. I'll wait to see what we need right before the meet and bring all of that stuff.

wingstop in san jose has a big parking lot, and its not too far from the freeway
wingstop in fremont off automall is a nice spot, but i know a lot of people are paranoid about driving in fremont
wingstop in union city is not close to the freeway and the parking lot sucks
wingstop in hayward, right next to freeway exit, big parking lot and if you dont like wings you can eat hawaiin bbq across the parking lot

i travel between hayward and san jose a lot, and wingstop is YUMMY!!! haha

Just found out theres on in Alameda too. Seems like either Oakland or Alameda would be a good spot as long as they have a good sized parking lot

Vallejo would be more in the middle for us coming from Sacramento. But I would be able to make Hayward, Alameda or Oakland but probably not all the way to San Jose.
