Brad - So sorry to hear this, I know I'm a little late getting my 2 cents in, but I say you rebuild the '00, but paint it CW ;-)
If there is anything I can do, let me know, I'm up in the mountains right now, but I'll be leaving Saturday - I assume you're up in PA. To think I saw this car just two weeks ago and we were talking about your stickers :-(

The frame looks like it is sound. I say he use his legal position to make them restore the car fully! They should be kissing his *** from one end of the state to the other!

The guy got owned by a bank security camera - that's how they found him! Sound like the cops are throwing the book at him! Brad should have a serious legal advantage over this guy and his insurance company!
