What is this sound?
My girlfriend noticed it when we got off the highway. It's like an electric motor sound, I hear it above 2.5k, the higher it revs the quicker is sounds like it's spinning.
I can't think of what it can be, speedo cable? uhh iunno. Any tips appreciated. TIA

Yes, it does. If it goes away when you turn off the stereo, it's the stereo.

if its the stereo, then you need a ground loop isolator, goes inline with your audio (rca) wires, or get some better quality shielded wires
