Default Water in Exhaust/Muffler?

I started my car up and noticed there was a little bit of water or some liquid thing inside of my muffler tip. Not alot, but a few drops here and there. Why is this? Is it normal?

it's condensation...that' s why exhaust systems start to rust from the inside.

It only rusts on the outside if you scrape it on something or live up north where the salt eats away at it.
