Default Valve train Q's

So I'm tossin around some ideas of what to do with my income tax mula. I have a b18a1 and I was thinkin about gettin a pair of Crower Stage 1 cams. I was just wonderin how well they would work with the stock valves springs and retainers and if there would be any clearance issues. Also what valves springs and retainers are the best deal?

Thanks in advance

What does crower reccomend. normally crower will tell you if you need to upgrade anything and what not. but if i remember correctly the stock springs should be good as well as the retainers. but getting adjustable cam gears whould work wonders, and titanium retainer whouldnt hurt either. hope this helps.
