Troubleshooting Help....GSR Hestitation Problem

The scoop:
At initial take off my 2000 GSR sedan will bog slightly and then pick up speed, but by no means like it normally should. It will rev all the way up to redline without any problems, but it kind of feels as if the e-brake is on....like something is holding it back fom revving freely. Although the hesitation is random, it should not happen at all.
My engine mods:
- AEM short ram
- Comptech header
- Greddy 60mm b-pipe, Apex'i WS universal muffler, stock cat
- Mobil 1 since new (not a mod )
The symtoms:
- Low RPM hesitation
- 250 average miles per tank from fill-up to gas light (seems low to me)
- Mobil 1 5W30 burns away like water, usually 1 qt every 2-3 weeks, using OE Honda filter
- Exhaust smells relatively strong, as if running rich, and it turns my rear bumper black between car washes
- Muffler tip is blacker than usual around the edges
- No CEL or Oil Pressure light
- No signs of a fuel or oil leak anywhere
What I've done so far:
- Replaced cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filter, PCV valve, oil filter, and 5W30 synthetic oil
- Cleaned and re-oiled AEM air filter
- Cleaned inside of intake arm and the opening of the throttle body
- Checked all gas line and exhaust connections for leaks
I can't figure this thing out. I'm almost tempted to take it the dealer. Please help!

Wouldn't I get a CEL if one the O2 sensors were going bad?

I've done that and still, the same problem.

Re: Troubleshooting Help....GSR Hestitation Problem (Options)
I had my car start out of no where bogging around 5-6 really bad,
and then one day just like it started, stopped out of nowhere.
Not really sure though, being how I never knew what was wrong with mine .. lol
good luck though

why would that be a joke? I said maybe because I dont think compression is the problem but it is possible.
not sure why resetting the ecu works but its helped me before.

Re: (teg racer 877)
just thought of something, your injectors might be bad, they might not be closing all the way, causing your car to run rich, I think that would throw a cell though, also, check your fpr, it might have a clog or something? that would raise your fuel pressure and make you run rich. (I dont know if this is crazy talk, but ive heard of this stuff before)
