Tire spins w/ car jacked up after t-belt install
So i got done with a timing belt job on my friends integra and when we started it to make sure it ran fine we noticed the pass. tire spinning. Even with the car in neutral it spins. The only thing i can think of that we did was try to tighten the crank pulley while it was in gear. So anyone know whats wrong with it or why it is doing this? I wanted to figure it out before i dropped it and tried to drive it. I figured with the car in neutral there would be no reason for it so spin

completely normal. even though the car is in neutral the rotation of the engine will make the wheel spin. has nothing to do with the t-belt install

You're good to go. If you're really concerned just step on the brake while the wheels are spinning and they'll stop. the motor keeps running and tehre's no funny sounds, then there's no problem!
