Default Steam/white smoke coming out of exhaust manifold

Alright so I cannot tell whether it is steam or white smoke but the smoke is not thick and it looks more like steam and it is coming out of the front of the engine area where the exhaust manifold sits. I was searching around and people would say it is maybe oil dripping onto the exhaust manifold but i have no leaks anywhere. No coolant leaking either. The engine does not overheat at all and this only seems to happen after driving for at least 10 minutes. The steam/smoke is not visible coming out of the hood unless you actually open the hood which is why I think it is more steam than smoke. It smells burnt and if i have the vents open and air blowing i can smell it in the cabin. It doesnt smell like exhaust fumes either, just a burnt smell. Is it my clutch burning? I would think that if it was then it shouldn't just be coming out from the exhaust manifold area. Any ideas? Oil is not being burnt either, dipstick levels are the same as always on the second dot. The only thing that really bothers me is the smell because it is summertime and i have air blowing all the time and when that burnt smell comes in its not cool at all. Could it be the clutch? 5 speed 1996 SE by the way.
