their is oil mostly in the back by where my intake manifold is but alot of oil though, my friends going to check it out tomorrow he says it might be the headgasket hopefully it is but do you guys tihnk its my motor??

on the top of the intake manifold? like stated above, it might just be a bad valve cover gasket which should cost about 10-20 bucks to get a new one. if it's a bad head gasket then it's gonna be about 50 for a new gasket, and i would also get ARP head studs. reusing the stock headbolts will create problems down the line as they dont get torqued down properly. if ur friends not gonna charge u to fix the headgasket, then it shouldnt be that expensive to fix

nah i didn't redline it when it happend i was at around 6500 rpms, and i have a gsr so my redline isn't till 8100....

im sayin valve cover gasket or head gasket, i blew the vlavle cover gasket cuz im dumb and didnt install it right, and it sprayed oil if its on top or ur manifold then its the vlavle cover if its below the manifold then its the head gasket and be prepared for some work

one thing i have always wondered and not to jack your thread buddy. when we redline our motors it is not that harmful for the reason in which the reason for the redline is to prevent our motors from having damage? am i correct or not ?

No, if you are constantly taking your motor to near redline it puts a lot more stress on it and is much more likely to damage the engine.
