Default Replaced tranny but problem?

Replaced the gear box in an integra for a pal ,just the box, left the clucth assembly on the flywheel because he said it was fine.

Anyway bolt up the 2000 yr integra box to the B18b (94) and it all goes together god, some sluggin but other than that it was fine. So I hook up the hydraulic acuator for the fork/relase bearing on the box, then get in the car and it feels fine, check it and the accuator is working, at least its moving. But when I go to put it in gear with the clucth to the floor it goes in but the wheels spin when its in gear and the clutch is to the floor?

Like I said every thing seems to be fune, but the clutch do not seem to be depressing although the accuator is moving the fork. So I checked the clutch fluid and its rotten as hell! Almost solidified, but the accuator still moves when your push the clutch? So I'm going to bleed out the new fluid and put in fresh stuff in hopes that it is currently not pushing the accuator all the way?

Why the hell else would this happen? If any one has some help, drop it on me ASAP.

as long as the clutch was installed correctly and the fork is pushing the clutch from the flywheel, I don't see why your having the engaging when your pedal is too the floor. make sure to bleed the fluid completely, sux when air bubbles come outta no where.

This is just that. The clutch was not even touched/taken from fly wheel. Only the old tranny was removed and replaced. The fork and throughout bearing on the tranny is too basic to mess up. I don't think that in a moment of weakness I put the throughout bearing on the wrong way, or even if thats possible.

It must have to do with the clutch fluid. Its just that this wasn't even the problem when we took the old unit out, but now its a ******* problem all of a suden! Hopfully a fluid change and system bleed will do the job!

I'll be fucked if I have to take that god damn box off again!
