I removed the allen head plug on the back of the head, cleaned & sealed it. 100 miles later... Dry
Thanks guys for the reply. I'll Post a pic this week of the plug for people to see who may come across this thread.

its a common problem, its the wrong head gasket. i take it this is a ls/vtec? if so you have to use the b18 head gasket not the b16 the return is bigger on the 18 some people use the pr3 gasket and get it milled out to make the return bigger on the gasket. oil sits there and after time the oil gets under the gasket and leaks out

dang, now I want to go check mine
but I just replaced the VTEC solenoid gasket and screen last spring, and I also changed the cam end plug out for the newer design w/ o-rings several years ago.
Also, B18C5-EH2 was incorrect in that linked thread about replacing the cam end plug. I replaced mine by removing the last exhaust cam cap only, not the whole rocker arm assembly.

ummm i'm pretty sure it can leak from where the headgasket sits, i have new a new dizzy seal and all new valve cover gaskets. i also just recently cleaned my motor and the oil has definately formed a line along the head gasket under the head behind the header.

Brad i cant believe you didn't know what that was lol. Those seals on that side of the head like to leak and collect oil in that corner all the time.
