remove the back center piece first.
then romove all the bolts and screws from from both sides of the panels.
start from the back of the car and pull towards the inside of the car (the parts under the hatch area). be careful here, i broke off 1 tab off my left side =P
the parts under the glass, you side it towards the front of the car.

Its pretty simple start in the back and unbolt and descrew all that come in your way. As for the breaking, a simple way is to just take your time and do not become angered when things that normally keep panals from flying to the back of your head decide to remain stasionary.

it's a pain in the *** to change those back speakers. It takes some time to take off all of those pieces. They break easily so take your time. I know I have broke mine, got mad at it, and just yanked. Tried to fix it but shakes at high speed.
