question about low jack
does anyone here have this on their car because this question is directed to you. How much has low jack helped you because i know its suppost to be one of the best things to do for your car but i wanted to hear from a owners view. Also how much did it cost you or is it costing you on a monthly rate or whatever and where can you buy it and get it installed. Did you have to sign any contracts to while you were at it and what were the contracts about, like you have to stay with this for atleast a year or something? any replies that apply to this will help thanks

Re: question about low jack (Soup ****)
I think its 500 for a lojack install or 800 for lojack + alarm system install. No monthly rates. The only thing that sucks about it is what if you don't report it stolen until like 3 hours after it was jacked? The car will be stripped down to its frame and the lojack will be smashed\melted or something.

Re: question about low jack (RolioPolio)
it costs about $500 and there are no monthly fees.. it works IF you let it... your car will not be tracked until you make a call reporting it stolen... if you discover the theft right away and report it.. chances are your car will be recovered in good/decent condition unless the theif crashes it.. however lets say your car gets stolen at 1AM.. you don't wake up for work until 6AM (but don't look at your car).. you get outta the shower, get dressed, eat breakfast and leave the house (to go to your car) to get to work.. you discover its gone at 7AM... 6 hours after the theft...
in this case the car will likely be recovered but stripped... I think its a nice after the fact (theft) device if you discover your car missing right away or shortly after its stolen.. but if you discover it late then its not going to do much... not sure where you live.. but if you look in the phone book or on their website.. you can probably find an authorized dealer/installer in your area...
its a nice layer of security (along w/ alarm, pager, sensors, locks, batt back ups, clubs, autolocks, etc..) but don't think your cars going to be theft proof or 100% recovered...
