Default PCV/positive crank ventilation

I have a b18a block with a b18b valve cover and i know the b18a blocks had the crank ventilation port on the back of the block and a small black box there. I have the b valve cover does that contain a pcv valve on it? if it does can i just block off the ports on the back of the engine?

it sounds like you can block off the ports on the back of the block, the later b18b1's dont have a black box in the back of the block

depends on the valve cover, but I usually run both either way.
