Is o2 bad to have in a/c freon lines when refilling?
I saw it somewhere in a thread but I tried a search and cant find it.
I removed an a/c line to have the hose recrimped due to its leaking. The a/c guy said it wouldnt be a problem if there was air in the lines when i refill it with freon because he said the air would find its way out when running a/c. Is this right? or will it hurt anything?

it all depends which line, each line is there for a reason and if you close one of htem off, obviously you will have problems.

Yes their is a problem with that. The dryer-reciever will fill up and stop working. How long was it exposed to air? The dryer reciever takes moisture out of the closed ac system. If that system is left open, the dryer-reciever fills up and needs to be replaced. Its that cylindar part of the AC system.
