Need help with horn wiring on 98 rs w/fixed hub
I have a fixed hub and momo wheel, I get the round that's easy the problem is WHERE is the power source you tap into. Any write ups are missing pics or I don't have said connector as the P/O ripped it put. I need this to pass inspection and continue my build this is the only thing stopping it from passing. Please help I just need to know what wire to tap into.

I know how to make a circuit, no use needed I'm still using the old one in the bay. There is a source under the dash I need to know where it is.

Ok, I just recently did this while wiring up a JDM ITR wheel.
See the area I circled in red? There is a yellow, 6-wire SRS clip there. One of the wires on the end is the horn wire, that goes to the empty pin on back of your turn signal clip, which in turn goes to the copper metal piece that touches the back of your wheel.
Here is a close up that isn't blurry:

You can see in the picture which way the clip is rotated...so rotate the clip that way and use the far left pin. All 6 wires are grey colored, so showing is the only way here lol.

Thank you Ryd2themax, I got my buddy to wire it up we used the horn relay and wedged a wire in one of the pins. The way you showed is how I had it wired on the old teg. I'll deff save that pic I had wires cut on mine too which made it even harder.
