Integra won't start if on any type of slant

Integra won't start if on any type of slant
My 94 integra won't start and chug a little when is is on any type of hill. I can't park in my driveway at all because of this. Even when the front end is in a small ditch like when im parked at the junkyard, it will chug. What could be the problem?

thats wierd! check your starter! clutch swtitch on the clutch pedal see if its loose or something, but it might be a starter problem.
