So last night my car shut off after hitting a pothole! Started again runs fine on neutral! But jerk crazy in gear when I try to drive it! Some how it will jerk in 1st gear! Some how it will make it to 2rd of 3rd gears car start to jerk ! Feel like the engine is going to die and headlight all shaking ! Anybody know what happen

Redo your main grounds, DO NOT just eyeball them, [disconnect/clean/reconnect].

Redo the batt. post and cable clamp, batt. to chassis, chassis to engine, rad support to VC, and the thermostat grounds.

Grounding may not be the issue, but you need to eliminate them as the possible problem.

Also make sure your main power connections are good, batt. to engine bay fuse box, batt. to starter motor, [not your problem, but can't hurt] and alt. charger line to engine bay fuse box.

Make sure all sensors are still plugged in. 94

Agree something is probably just loose.

Something else check the timing belt I rammed into a light pole with my civic and it jumped 6-8 teeth !! drove it home and re-set mechanical timing all was good no bent valves either.

Agreed^^^, however if a pothole jumped your timing belt, look into a new belt and tensioner. 94

Alright I will check on the thing you said above! But what's up with my engine shut off tho! Could it be the problem of the fuel pump inertia switch?????

Check your tps. If it runs fine at idle but stumbles, stutters when you press the gas, it coukd be the tps

Did you check under the car for any damage?
Oil pan damage?
any other type of damage?
a dented oil pan can cause oil pick-up issues

I agree with grounding issues. Could also be a loose electrical connection somewhere.

My DA used to shut off or go into an electrical frenzy when I went over hard bumps because some yahoo hacked the sh*t out of the wire harness when doing the original motor swap.

To be safe go over the grounds like fcm mentioned.. Otherwise it will rear its ugly head up again...
