Idle surge issue

On startup I’m having issues with my 95 integra ls where it bounces between 700rmp and 1k on idle. Any ideas as to what It could be. I have replaced the idle air control valve.

Mine did that after I changed the radiator hose, because I didn't get all of the air out, of the cooling system.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
