a LS head onto what block in what car with what ecu?

on to a b20b block car is a civic and a ls ecu

Did you properly install all the sensors and vacuum hoses back on the intake manifold?

yes all of that **** is on i just put a ls head on my boy's car and it runs good so i know what i am doing

i did jump timing so that is y i pulled off the head to see if i bent the valves but i did not bent the valves and i got the head looked at and it's still good so i just put it back on

If its not running right, you obviously didn't do it right. Double and tripple check all your vaccum lines

ok i got the car to idle and did all of the timing but now it's ticking

if it's ticking i would do a valve adjustment and check fuel injectors

is it like tick tick tick tick every couple of seconds but consistent? Does the ticking become faster with higher rpms when you rev it up? If so its the valves. A shot block would knock not tick two very different sounds.

yes it's consistent ticking and the ticking dose become faster with higher rpms and i just got the head and the valves are good i don't now what it can be
