This is a great write up! Mad props for your efforts. I'm getting ready to tackle this project in my 92 DB2 GS-R. I just picked up a nice AP2 with pigtails and the VSS from a 94 Integra.I understand the Speedohealer must be V4 Universal but your link for the Modifry gives 4 versions. on my CRX ee8 i dont have the:

Guage Lights - Red -- Dash Lights Dim Out
Switched 12v Power - Black/Yellow -- 10. Ignition Key-Red/White

do i need to connect this 2 connections of s2000 cluster (Dash Lights Dim Out / Ignition Key) in other place ?

I did mines using an abs plastic sheet. Molded to the curve of the sides. Then glued it to the bezel.



I got the one that's design for the s2000. I believe its ECT-original

are you using a resistance for the fuel gauge or you are connect without resistance ?
