Default Headlight Delima

Recently my driver side headlight went out. Being that I drive a DA I knew it was bound to happen anyway. The lights are dim and I drive with the fogs on to get full illumination at night (plus it looks cool). So I was wondering. Should I go with standard 1 piece headlights, 1 piece halo projectors, 1 piece euros, etc. I like the resonably stock look but I want a set that will last me and put out the most light. Let me know what all of you prefer.

stick to oem, just get a brighter bulb than OEM.

P.S. driving with your fogs on looks stupid. They are FOG lights.

lol hmm... thanks for your opinion on the lighting choice. Every DA owner I've seen drives with the fogs on. I've got yellow fogs and amber side markers, I like it, and it's not blinding anyone so, whatever. More opinions on light choices ppl

yeah i dont see why its "stupid" to drive with fog lights on if they make the road brighter. my brothers ford f150 lights the road up way better with the fog lights on, however my moms pontiac solstice's fog lights do ABSOLUTELY nothing

Next time you drive at night, take note of how many cars on the road drive with them on fog or no fog. It just provides more light which is never a bad thing at night. I guess I would trade safer driving at night for not looking "stupid".

Not.

If you're looking to spend the money, go with the one pieces. It just looks better. If not, then It's your call on the bulbs.

cool thanks for the support ppl lol I think I'm going to go with the 1 pieces, i like the way they look. Just one last question, If i get the actual DA6 1 pieces, I'll have to get some sort of conversion harness and different bulbs for them right?

whats up man i think you should stay with oem headlights but convert your lights with hid its way bright at nite and last a long while. Its just in my opinion im going to do that with my teg. its either purple, baby blue, or yellow i havnt decided yet what do you suggest?

in the past i have had experiences with projector headlight and it seems like they dont project sh$t the lighting will never be better than the actual OEM housing you have stick with them and maybe clear your lenses off with some Mother's Polish and buy some sylvania's or phillips bulbs should improve vastly

btw... i like foglights

i second that, oem jdm one peices are sexy! and i do believe you need a converision harness and maybe new bulbs, but im not 100% sure, i thought sites like jdmland, jdmshit and password jdm sold them.

I would stick with the OEM housing and get some better bulbs, and check your headlight adjustment. A lot of times they are way off and once they are properly adjusted there is a lot more visible light. Either that or get a very high quality housing or you will be seeing even worse than now and will most likely battle condensation in them on a regular basis.

wats up Frisk, I'd go with yellow for your fogs and white for the standard lights. We can work on a daytime courtesy light conversion one day when im off after we wet sand and polish your lights back looking new
