I searched, but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I got a '99 gsr integra as a hand me down from my parents. It was my brothers car, but the engine blew and he got a truck.

My dad was going to keep it, but I need a car so he gave it to me. He couldn't afford a replacement gsr engine, so he bought a used ls motor to put in it.

I put the ls in the car, and everything is bolted up, but there are more extra wires on the cars wiring harness that don't have plugs on the ls motor than i thought there would be.

Can someone tell me what sensors or plugs the gsr motor has that the ls doesn't?

The junkyard motor also came with no ecu, a broken tps sensor, a broken distributer, and some sort of broken module on the top of the intake manifold that has one plug and one hose going to it, and a tube that sticks down into the intake manifold. I know that's a bad description, but can anyone tell me what that does?

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Some of those wires are probably for vtec. I wod say that the gsr ecu will not work with the ls motor.

what year ls engine?

it all depends on what year ls motor you have

check the year, and most of those wires might be for vtec and other misc things your ls willl not need.

the plug on the intake manifold i think ur talking about is your iat sensor.. i think.. lol
