It will depend on which route you choose; inserts, new mounts (hasport, innovative), OEM.

Are the actuall mounts broken or are the inserts just torn up?

Re: do i need a tune up? (dc2rtek)
Motor mounts were the 1st thing I had to replace on my car - they were torn up pretty bad. Alls i did was get inserts all the way around.. probably cost me around 60 for all of them.
Timing belts usually don't need to be replace until about 90k but if you do plan on changing it out - change ALL your belts.
a few things i can name off the top of my head:
-oil and filter change
-air filter
-dizzy cap and rotor
-PCV valve
-spark plugs & wires
-VTEC selenoid gasket (if you have vtec)
Thats all i can think of right now - of course theres other things like pads and rotors, brake fluid swap, and radiator flush.
good luck
