none of them would be good to run on your LS! LS= NON VTEC....the p28 is a SOHC VTEC ecu but can be chipped to run DOHC VTEC motors. The 37820-p28-A02 (or A00, A01, G00, G01, C00, C01, L00, L01, etc) is a 5 speed ecu. The letters ending in A56 or A52, etc. means its an automatic ecu.

what year is your LS? The p28 is the wrong ecu for your car...so I wouldn't recommend driving with it, unless its chipped and you have an LSVTEC or something. The stock ecu for the LS is a p75. There are a few different ecu's for different years.
Integra LS
1988-91: obd 0 pr4
1992-1993: obd 1 pr4

2000-2001: obd 2B p75

the stock basemap would be wrong, so timing and fuel would be wrong.
I assume that it could possibly blow your engine, but I could be 100% completely wrong.. but it does make sense.
Order one ASAP.,
