Car shakes and rattles at take off
This has been happening for a while now, i noticed when i take off 90% of the time the car shakes and rattles tell my foot goes off the clutch all the way, thought it was my transmission mount since it was bad, replaced it and still does it,and clutch is BRAND NEW 6puck clutch. What can be the problem. Can it still be that im actually still messing up or what ?

sounds like a 6 puck clutch to me. chatter is to be expected, it will get a little better after it breaks in, but dont expect it to get much better, especially if you didnt resurface the flywheel during installation of the clutch.

oh yeah, then it is broke in already. i have had a 6 puck and a 4 puck, both on differant cars, both had the same issue, the 4 puck got real bad once it was worn, eventually eat my flywheel.

so its not the flywheel, just that the 6 pucks are ment for slicks ? although i forgot to mention, theres somewhat frame damage on the car where the left and right wheels do not allign, right wheel was hit on the curb and pushed furthur back even after axles and control arms were replaced.... pretty much right side wheel sits a bit furthur back, im saving up to fix it.... can that be the cause of this ?

i have a 4 puck clutch and it rattles/chatters when i take off. its normal, but you will get use to it because with 4 puck clutches you shouldn't feather it like normal clutches just drop it and go, but you're using a 6 spring clutch so that could also be it.

Its the clutch. My buddy had the same thing with his turbo SC300 and it did eventually ate through the flywheel. I really wouldn't use 4 or 6puck clutches for daily driving, just my opinion.

I'd either edit your posts above, or let this topic die for a week and restart it. No one is going to read the whole thing to realize you meant an sprung organic stage 1 clutch instead of a 6-puck copper clutch.
An organic clutch shouldn't be the problem with something like that so it's definetely worth getting some answers. I'd also save the picture of the clutch from that ebay auction and post it up here when you restart the topic. Use http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com to store and post your pictures to this website.
