Car bogs down under 2800rpm

Car bogs down under 2800rpm
I have a 90 DA with stock B18A1. Few days ago it would not start. Dizzy was corroded and rusted. Replaced dizzy, cap, rotor, wires and plugs. Car starts now but in every gear it bogs down until I hit about 2800rpm and then its like a kick of power and runs fine. Oh and in first when going from a stop I have to give it a bunch of gas so it doesnt die, hills are my enemy now!
Any ideas of what I can check before I just start replacing a bunch of stuff? I googled before posting and only seen people bogging after 3k rpm. So if this topic is around please shoot me in that direction. Thanks in advance!

Check TPS.
Check fuel pressure.
Check/redo your main grounds.
Check timing.
Replace fuel filter if more then 1 year or 60K miles old. 94
