Default A/C Belt install: now clicking noise???????????????????

96 Integra LS...

Today I replaced the A/C tensioner pulley bolt (cause it backed itself out) plus the belt. Everything is operating OK, except for a "click" noise when idling down from a quick revv while the A/C is on.

To be clearer... it only happens when the A/C is on. I tried it WITHOUT the condensor and the noise is not present.

Could the belt be too tight???? Anyone experience this???? Is it normal???? ITS JUST ONE CLICK THAT OCCURS WHILE THE RPM DROPS WHEN THE A/C IS ON.

Thanks in advance.
