Are you talking about your Center Fog Lights? If you want your Fog Lights on without turning on your Head Lights here's a link that helps you do it:

http://www.g2ic.com/tegtips/lighting/1.html

i've done it and it works great...Very Simple to do...

There should be some aux outputs on the interior fuse box. One for always hot, one when key is in "On", when key is in "ACC", and when one when running lights come on. They shouldn't be marked, in which case you'll have to test. You should only power a switch from these outputs as they use fuses within fuse box that don't exceed 15A. Then wire the switch's power out wire to a relay(the relay switch terminal), power the relay from the battery, ground the groung terminal, and output power goes to light. I have modified the stock switches to make it look really clean. And my fogs come on when ever I see fit so long as the key is in "On" regardless of headlight function.

S2Integra....you should click on the link and give a good read....because the way you did it is too much work and your messing with the fuses...the link's way is easy and won't **** up your car when you do it...
