Default Automatic Seatbelts in my DA

I've been searching all over this website but I still couln't find anything that would assist me about my problem.

I own a 1993 Acura Integra RS. I have the automatic seatbelts in it and my driverside gave out about 6 months ago. My passengerside works perfectly fine. I've went down to Acura and argued with them sevral times about this and they said because I have a aftermarket radio and a security system that my seatbelts wont be covered. They tried to talk to me like I was some dumb ***. They said that my stereo caused my seatbelts to not work propertly. They said it was installed incorrectly. So I told the guy he is a complete moron considering the fact that I am a Car Audio/Video Installation tech at Fry's Electronics. They guy looked at my like I was still some dumb girl even when I shoved my work badge in his face. They wanted to charge me $180 for a diagnostics test. I was F you. I also told them that if my alarm or radio caused the seatbelt to not work then why is my passengerside working? It's only one module, I even showed him where it was and that I knew where it was. I told them everyone has told me these automatic seat belts were a recall and they should even be warrentied. The manager said he refuses to do anything until I show proof written down. So if any of you out there who has a 93 DA please scan me a copy of the warrenty of perhaps if any of you have something on paper stating the seat belts are a recall none the less they are warrentied please post them. I've been pulled over sevral times and recieved sevral tickets saying that I wasn't wearing my seat belt. I'm a little annoyed about the situation and if you guys out there can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm to the point where I just want to drive my car through their dealership. Or perhaps file a big lawsuit against them. The only way I can file a lawsuit is if I have it in writing about the warrently and the recall. I need the TSB numer if possible. Oh yea and I forgot to mention that once I close the door it doesn't beep at all like as if the seat belt isn't hooked up. However my seat belt light is on constantly even if I hooked up the belt. Obviously the door when it is open it causes the beeping. I thought the trigger broke in the door so I pulled it apart and it works fine since it beeps when my door is open. Once it closes the beep goes away. I unplugged the control unit and replugged it back in still the same. I've checked every single fuse through out the car and everything is fine.

Thanks,
Juddi Lin

seatbelts have a lifetime guarantee from honda/acura

you need to threaten to call a corperate office sometimes to get what you want

or better yet just try another dealership, they're all over the place
