Default Air Conditioning Recharge/Service

Just wondering if anyone has had an air conditioning recharge or service done at a dealer? I have a 97 GS-R and was wondering if such a service might make the air conditioning cooler? Maybe its not necessary.

If it seems like your AC just isn't getting cold anymore, than you may need to get it recharged. While you're there, make sure they try to find if there's a leak (they just put some liquid or something in there that you can see w/ UV light). Mine's does that every year or 2 and I need to get it recharged. They couldn't find the leak, but I know there is one. Same w/ my friend's car. It's about $65-$75 or so...at least here in socal.
