Not sure bout the Crv thing but I'm pretty sure not all jdm 5 lugs had the 36mm axle spline. Try finding some USDM 5 lug if your worried.

The conversions for these lugnuts is as follows 1-3-4-5-2 just remember to put the 5th one in the fifth lugnut spot and you should be fine.

usdm and ctr axle have a 26 spline outer spindle, with a 32 mm nut.
the JDM ITR's have a 28 spline outer spindle, with a 36 mm nut.
yes the JDM are harder to get, since most sell the axles with the conversion, so if you need to replace one, you might have trouble finding one.
However, i have also heard that the CRV axles will fit the same as the JDM ITR. I have not tested this theory yet, so i can't say for sure.

98 Spec ITR Suspensions use 36mm axles consequently Preludes use the same thing, rumor has it that the outer CV joints are compatible. Otherwise if they are not included you will play hell finding them. The plus to the bigger axles is that is if your motor is heavily modified it is extra strength. I am not positive about the outer CV joints but am fairly certain. Additionally there are crazy JDM importers that specialize in sourcing JDM parts but they are kind expensive

I do have first hand experience, I got a JDM 5 lug in with no axles and was pissed, called back the place where I got the suspension from and threatened to run a chargeback on my CC. So they sent me the outer CV joints out from a JDM ITR. I had to take swap them out.

Quit playing... Read the posts above, I have first hand experience working with the JDM suspension, my solutution was to call and bitch and the company that sent them to give me the ITR outer cv joints.
Given the fact that almost all honda's have interchangable parts I find it unlikely if not impossible that no other honda or acura CV joint would work. Be it CRV Prelude or whatever...
I am trying to contact a couple connects I have in cali to see if I can source a pair of JDM axles, Don't hold your breath though, just do what I can do.

Update:
driveshaftshop.com says they have made axels to fit the JDM ITR 5-Lug swap. They don't have them listed on their website, but they are supposed to be the same price as the regular Integra axels.
