Okay guys here is the deal. I have a 97 integra ls with a 01 gsr swap freshly built. I just hit 1200 miles on it today and here is what has been happening. I would say with in the last week the temp has crept up past the halfway point so I would turn on the heater for a few seconds and the temp would go back down and stay sometimes and sometimes I would have to run with the heater on to get it to stay normal. So today I had the chance to change some things to see if that would help and nope. I replaced the thermostat and bottom and top radiator hose gates my water pump is brand new from the build. I took off the radiator and stuck a water hose in the top of it and as fast as the water was going in the top it was coming out so radiator is not clogged. I bled it jacked the front up and let it sit on jack stands and started the car and let it run till it warmed up and then put the radiator cap back on and lowered the car and drove and it still tried to over heat what else could it be??

i was overheating a bit when my intake cam was off a notch,
not likely your problem tho.

Are you sure you got all the air out of the system?

Yea I think I had air bubbles in there cause when I shut it off yesterday and let it cool I opened the radiator and squeezed the top hose and bubbles came out. So first thing this morning I jacked it up set it up on jack stands and let it run for about 40 minutes and more bubbles came out. But I drove it today for about 100 miles and it stayed down and I finally got to drive with no heater on. So hopefully it was just air in the system.
