that manifold will not hold up if its cast. the turbo is to large and a lot of block cutting will be needed. you should consider in replacing the mani with an equal length ramhorn and a 3" dp and replace the turbo with something smaller.
how much psi are planning on runnning? a bigger turbo against a smaller gt28 for example will be alot different due to turbo size even if youre running the same psi.

You could use E85, but there is a point where it doesn't make sense to use it. I'm not sure what your power goals or setup really is....stock block? Power goal? The nice thing about E85 is it's equivalent 107 octane rating which allows you to make a lot of power on 'pump' gas. The problem is that it requires about 30% more fuel than gasoline which in turn requires larger injectors (and at some point, a larger fuel pump).

Well...the setup should be able to make 400whp or more, but the engine may have other plans. I know a number of guys have made over 400whp on bone stock blocks so it can be done...just know that it isn't the best idea if you're looking at this from a longevity standpoint. Good luck though! I'm hoping to take my built block over that 400whp mark this summer once i get my EBC wired correctly...i may just ditch in in lieu of another Hallman otherwise

the manifold is already custom cut and weld so that the turbo dont hit the block or the front frame. the turbine on the exhaust side is 3.5 dp. i like the ram horn manifold but they cost to much and i am on a buget built due to my s2000 getting ready for the show room too.i am only going for 17/18psi for dd and 23/25psi for fun on the street. i seen bigger turbo put out more power then smaller turbo on same psi before. but if i had the money i would really change up my manifold.
17-25 psi is a lot of boost for a stock sleeved motor. i would run 10-12 psi at the most.
before i did my build on a my stock sleeved gsr with i beams and cp pistons CR at 8:1 the most safely i could get up to would be 23 psi car ran 10's w/ gt35 and c16 race fuel dyno tune..
on my car i run 25psi at the track and run low boost for dd if i ever drive it for dd im at 12psi and i have a variable boost controller to switch between both.
but youll just have to experience. but defiantly check out F.I. for alot of info..

I would ditch the block guard if your planning on running that much boost. Go with a block filler like dexcron or moroso makes one too. It is much better that just having stability in the top part of your cylinders.

Gl hitting 400 with that manifold..also stock motors dont last long at 400hp but if its just for fun that might not be a issue.

Its a goofy Aussie EBC called the EBC V2 if i remember correctly....i can check if you're interested. Its basically just a boost solenoid with a switch that enables and disables it. Also the switch has a rheostat in it so you can adjust gain in the cab

some new updated. i will be picking up a new gsr motor this weekend to built. its already taken apart so i just have to put my stuff on. its a jdm b18c head (pretty sure there no different from the b18c1 head) with two b18c1 block, gsr tranny(no reverse),wire hardness, axles, basicly a complete motor just that its not put together. what do you guys thinks? picking it up for 650.00

most people just buy a turbo and install it on there stock motor and hoping to get massive HP numbers. theirs nothing wrong with that we've all been there
