I had heard that it was difficult to get some that are of good quality. Heard they brake and the wheel's fall off !

i donno i was just saying that cause i see no reason to go from 4 lug to 4 lug.. just for wheels.. sell them and buy them in 4x100

correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't you just need the front knuckle and the rear hub? Or in the case of the front....just have the hub pressed out of the knuckle and get the corresponding rotors for it?
If you have a DC chassis integra, look at your rear trailing arms. You'll see that the hub is actually attached with 4 torx bolts and one huge nut. You can remove those to change out the hub OR you can just take out the cap and remove the spindle ( which is easier ) but you'd have to be careful in doing that...or you may need to repack the bearings. I'd repack em anyway just to be safe if you go that route. This method also works for doing the 5 lug in the rears....no need for the rear trailing arm

Same thing.
Do what you want, but I also personally think it isn't worth it. Remember that 4x114.3 ITR brakes are the same size as GSR/LS
