SCAMMED by SKUNK2LS aka JOSH MEISE
Scammed to the tune of $500.00 bt JOSH MEISE of Provo Utah. Heres the story.
Really cool guy at first, seemed totally responsible and dependable so I had no reservations about purchasing wheels from him....

So after taking to him several times on the phone I next day'd him a Postal Service money order for $500.00. He recieved the m.o. the next evening.
Thats when things went downhill. He kept saying that because of work he couldnt ship them out. Finally after talking to him SEVERAL more times he said something to the effect of "my roomate is shipping them out for me" Ok. So over the next three days I call him to get the tracking# for my package. Well this guy has no clue about the idea of returning a phone call. Evertime I talked to him it was because I called him back neumorus time to finally get in touch with him. The few times I did talk to him he was really REALLY shady about the details of my wheels. "Where's my tracking #?" "Oh its in my car and Im at work right now."
Finally after a bakers dozen excuses like that he says to me....."you've never bought anything off honda tech have you?" Right then I knew my wheels were never showing up. I talked to him on the phone one more time and he claims to have had his wisdom teeth pulled. Right, on a whem I assume, since this was never mentioned in our 15+ conversations. At this time he told me"the wheels are shipped and they are garunteed to be there TUESDAY" Last time we spoke on the phone.
On Sunday we chatted for a few via pm's on H-T and I asked him about the wheels and he said " dude if your so paranoid Ill send you your m.o. back, you are seriously pissing me off" Beep beep back the truck up.... Your pissed at me? You have $500 and I have nothing. Never heard from this *** clown again. Email changed, phone disconnected, doesnt answer pm's.
On monday, Labor day, the day before I was supposed to recieve my wheels this tools car ends up in the cosmetic section with the wheels still on it....!!!!????

If some of you think I am premature in my flaming I put this to you. I would not be this way if all of his contacts were still working and the guy would respond to me on honda-tech. The simple fact that he just up and dissappeared is a pretty good indication that he scammed me. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until all this happened. For $500 I doubt he moved, and thats where he has overlooked my tenacity.
I am flying to Provo tomorrow to "scope" this ******* out. I will be there long enough to get the information I need to nail this guy to the wall. So josh if your reading this keep a look out, you never know where your enemys are!

UPDATE:
Today Josh finally contacted me via phone and promised to make things right on my wheels. He should be calling me monday. Thank you all for helping and responding. I will update everyone when a agreement is reached.
Talked to Josh on Monday Sept. 13th, he asked if I could give him until Friday to come up with my $500.00. He has until then....to be continued.....

thats fucked up! i live in layton utah. but i dont know him. how long you gonna be in utah for? do you know if this guy races his car at the track? might want to go to rocky mountain raceway to see if hes there on friday (11pm-2am)

I'm sorry to contact you this way but I have been trying to find out information about Josh Meise, the guy I've been dating for the past few months... He was just recently incarcerated for writing fraudulent checks and I saw on HondaTech that he had sold you some rotas. It was me that IM'd you asking you how much it was for that he sold them to you and to see if you'd received them. I knew he'd sold some things, but not what you said he'd sold for that amount. I know he received the money order for $525 and I'd asked him if he'd sent out the things he said he'd sold and he said yes...but since then I've found out that he's lied about pretty much everythng he's ever told me.
I just don't want you to sit around waiting to find out what's going on when you may in fact not receive the rotas (what are these?). Josh owed my mom some money and he paid her back $525, so I'm sure this is what it is from...I"m not sure what to do at this point.
You may call me at 888.888 8888, there is a Detective Sorenson that handles this case in Springville, UT. So you are free to call him as well. I'm going to try to get his number, but if you look it up online you could probably find the number to the PD Springville online.

If his car is really stolen, good for him. Hope you end up with your 500 back somehow though. What are your plans now? Have he mentioned to your that the wheels are gone for good?

just sent that moron a PM. bump for this guy to get his money back. I was actually worried bout moving to socal, but seeing this kind of **** and what happened to me in utah makes me glad i moved here.

bump, this is the same guy who claimed his all motor LS puts down 243 ft/lbs at modern garage, then changes the name of the shop after his bs gets called out. same guy who has the audacity to lie about being in the special forces, at this time of war. Cant believe mods havent banned this guy yet, but i'm working on it w/ the help of one mod.
