THIS CAR WAS IN THE FEBUARY ISSUE OF IMPORT TUNER THAT CAME OUT IN DECEMBER OF 04
This Rare 2000 Acura Integra Type R has been an on going project of mine for about 2 years. This car is the real deal, if you ever wanted to see what a car looks like when it is done right this is it. I started off with just a shell purchased from COPART Auto Auctions in Portland and has no since then been fully built into an SCCA legal fully built turbo motor, race ready monster. Like I said the car was originally from Portland, OR, I purchased another Type R from Florida for the original drive train and running gear. The shell has been prepped with a SCCA legal Improved Turing class roll cage fabricated by my employer Cascade Autosport in North Bend, Washington. All of the other fabrication and labor hours put into this car have been my own .The car has been painted factory Type R yellow inside and out including the roll cage and the underside of the vehicle. I have documentation and photographs that show the vehicle from start to finish. I originally had the type R motor in it but decided to build a turbo motor. The motor right now is putting out 547 WHP and 358 ft/lbs Torque. The Motor has been tuned be Shawn at Torque Freaks in Portland, OR. I will be heading back to dyno to finish tuning, right now I run 22-23 psi on 114 K&S race fuel and plan on taking it to 28psi where I should make over 600 WHP. Every one psi increase gives approximately 20-25 more whp. This car is so powerful that it spins the tires on the dyno. Slicks are a must to do the next dyno session. I have never had a chance to take it to the track it see what the quarter mile would be but it should be around low 11’s high 10’s, it is really hard to say. Right now I drive this car on 92 pump gas, and really do not boost on it at all, I just go from work and back as well as from school to home. This car has been a great car and I enjoy driving it every time, but as a car builder my project is complete it has done everything that I have wanted it to do and more. Anyone who knows me or this car knows that it is my baby. I am not hard on cars I keep everything spotless all of the time I do all of my one service work as well as fabrication. I hate to see this car go but I am looking for another project. I am sure that I am going to leave a few things off of this list but here it goes. Block:B18A block, sleeved by Golden Eagle and bored to 85mm, Factory crank the has been balanced and mircopolished, Eagle Rods with the wrist pins moved .137 to allow for a better rod ratio and Wiesco 9.0:1 compression pistons, the pistons have been coated as well with a heat coating. The block was assembled by Import Builders.
Cylinder Head: Late 2000 Honda Civic Si B16A2 cylinder head, race port/ polish job done by Mike Castro, Cower 1mm oversized stainless steel valves both intake and exhaust, Crower Titanium valve spring retainers, Crower High pressure dual valve springs, Crower Stage 2 turbo cams, 3 angle valve job
Transmission: 2000 Acura Integra LS transmission, KAAZ 1.5 Way Limited Slip Diff.
Intake: JG Intake Manifold, custom 2.5 in intercooler piping, stainless steel T bar intercooler connector clamps, 3 layer XS-engineering intercooler connectors, XS engineering GTR Skyline intercooler core 28x11x2 with XS engineering end tanks, Hondata intake manifold gasket, Tial 50mm Blow off valve, 2in. Aluminum Radiator
Exhaust: Full Race equal length stainless steel turbo exhaust manifold, Garrett GT30/40 Turbocharger, Custom 3 inch stainless steel down pipe with electronic exhaust valve, custom dump tube stainless steel, Tial 45mm Wastegate, Thermal 3 inch turbo cat back exhaust
Fuel : 10gallon fuel cell, Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, 2 Aermotive fuel filters one before pump one after pump, AEM fuel Rail, RC 1000 cc fuel injectors, Honda OEM injector resister, AEM universal fuel pressure regulator, 8 AN fuel lines from fuel cell to fuel rail and 6AN fuel return line
Ignition/ Electronics/ ECU: AEM EMS, AEM wideband o2 controller, Greddy Turbo Timer, Greddy Profec B boost controller, Crane Hi 6S Ignition box with LS92 external ignition coil, MSD 8.5mm spark plug wires, Denso Iridium spark plugs, MSD external coil distributor cap Autometer Phantom gauges oil pressure. oil temp . water temp, Air Fuel , fuel level, boost pressure, Exhaust temp, Autometer Silver 5 inch tach with shift light. ZEX Nitrous kit( used for intercooler spray bar, GM 3 bar map sensor

Exterior, Stock besides the addition of Stonegaurd protective coating and Clear bumper lights
Interior: Custom Roll Cage, Fully painted yellow interior, Type R door panels, dash etc......,OMP Grip Racing Seats, OMP 5 point harnesses, SPA Fire suppressant system, Yellow top battery, 10 lb CO2 bottle, custom battery tray, custom seat mounts , custom switch panel, Autometer gauges and Autometer gauge dash pod. Custom ECU relocation with custom aluminum kick panel. Really there is way to much to list I will let the pictures tell the rest.
Suspension: 2001 Acura Integra Type R , NSX Front brakes with cross drilled and slotted rotors, Hawk HPS brake pads, Full polyurethane busing kit. JIC Magic FLA-2 15 way adjustable coil over kit with 1200lb front and 1000lb rear spring rates, Factory upper strut tower bar and sway bar , lower front tie bar, Factory Rear way bar, Custom built in upper strut tower bar as well as lower tie bar (1.5in steel welded in), Rota Slipstream Wheels 16x7 with Falken Azenis Tires 215/45/16. Anodized aluminum lug nuts
