Default Type R Hatchcrap....pics of install

more pics on page 2
and page 4 and 5
be sure to also check out the MADSPEED photo shoot here..... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1069938

yup here she is...everybody has a honda.....but this one is mine.
I took the time to remove everything under the hood and repaint it first..... then go back take out each bolt and clean them with aircraft stripper....just for the "extra mile" so.....check it out....i put the bottom end and tranny in first....then put the head on while it was in the car....did this in order to make a "CLEAN: install.. helps to keep you from scratching the hell out of your engine bay....this is what I was trying to avoid....so heres the pics step by step....the bottom end and tranny up through the bottom.... then the head on last....scratch free install

take note of the GSR master cylinder.

check out the hardcore tattoos.....

there...all in

and there she is....the hatchcrap....I haven't run it yet....quarter mile autocross well nothing yet....but damn if feel so good on the way to the grocery store.

this hatchy also has FULL integra supspension (GSR Not that it matters) including the brakes...master cylinder and all....the suspension is AGX 8 way rears....AGX 4 way front adjustables....with Ground control coil overs.....the sway bars are GSR in the front and ITR on the rear lower..... sticks to the road like a dream with a 205-50-15....kinda bouncy on the 195-60-14's that are on it now..... but still damn stiff since the roll cage was added.....GSR front seats...I have the rears but they are kinda usless with the cage so took em out......nothing to special.... i thnk everything else that is done is visible in the pics in this thread......all crap really.

last good pic...

well i got it to run a 14.3 the other night at the local dragstrip.....but it came out of 3rd at a bout 8500...it ran itself up to 9770....you gotta love the type R revs!!!!!

retty sure if i had some more time on the track that night i could have gotten the times down from that....its still untuned so im hoping for a bit more with some P1 auto tuning!!!
