Blue Mountain SCCA Solo 1 @ Jefferson, Labor Day weekend
http://bmr-scca.org/solo1/pha.html
Me and Gerald decided last minute (6pm friday) to head out to summit with my ITR for this and it was a blast. The event was very well run with a lot of unique cars there to check out. and hopefully I'll be able to do this again
Fastest time of the weekend was a 51.3 by some V8 powered formula car... I turned a 1:00.05 (so close!).
Pics and video clips will be up soon!
Edit: Looking back at the old hyperfest TT results - It would be neat to see what kind of times these guys are turning now

Sounds like a blast. I've been over at the main course for the Double MARRS event all weekend. Place is PACKED. One race down, one to go. Good times had by many.
P.S. - Nice tow h00k

Wow, I ran a 1:02 in that heap?! With low compression on two cylinders. And it was HOT as hell that weekend. And of course it doesn't have a red "R" anywhere on it!!

Very cool, dude. I've been wanting to do a hillclimb for a few years now, glad to see it was fun. Maybe next year when I'm actually qualified I'll join you.

I think you may be a bit confused. Ryan went to Summit to participate in the TT's one the Jefferson. He did not go to the Climb.

This event was $135 for both days - lunches and saturday dinner included.

When I was there last year with my brother (on bikes) they were running around the other direction. Do they run cars both ways or is it just a matter of who is hosting the event?
Was this an actual SCCA Solo I or was it something that fell under a different heading?
I was under the impression that the SCCA required a Solo I license.

Geez, I'm full of brainlessness. Here I am thinking it's a NASA TT...I'm in the same boat as Drew, is an SCCA license required?

Seems rather unsafe. Do you have to meet any sort of qualifications?

If they dont think you are experienced enough, they wont give it to you.
Requirements for the car are rollbar, fire bottle, and all personal safety gear (suit, helmet, gloves, shoes, etc).
