This is the first in a couple things I have to do to make my car UKDM legal for my move to England next month
I was scared shitless cutting a hole in the first fender but the second one was cake. 
Dremel > fender

they won't even let you bring it over and drive it unless you have blinky lights on the fenders?

I slathered some touch up paint and some clear nail polish all over the cuts and inside of the fender
Hmmmm...my brother brought a car to Europe while he was in the service and there was no mods needed as long as he had an AFI plate. I'd really look into that before you go all crazy. I like the sidemarkers regardless
