Does anybody know where I can get parts unique to the JDM H23A DOHC VTEC?

 

Like what... What could you not get from an h22 or h23a1?

 

Ive been trying to get the part number for the crank for a couple of years now...

If you get part numbers I can get anything...

 

what parts do you need? Other than crank/rods/pistons the rest of the motor should be very similar to the H22A4

 

I was just recently contacted by someone who has access to the Honda Japan Parts database... He is currently working on getting the crank/rod/piston part numbers as we speak...

Hopefully Ill be able to get everything together and have pricing by the end of the week...

 

What specific year/model accord did the DOHC VTEC H23 come in?

 

My engine came out of a 2000

 

I was looking for a vtec h23 before I bought an h22. I had thought that a vtec h23 was never made..

 

it was indeed. came with a blue top too.

Im waiting for my new little toys to arrive...

I have the entire JDM, Euro and US parts databases being sent to me...

I have to look parts up by year and model which is the reason I need the specifics...

Im still looking for the year/model accord that came equipped wth the F20B???

Bringing this topic out from the dead...Anyone know of the main and rod bearings part numbers? or which model prelude engine are the identical to?

Are the mains the same of those on the h23 prelude or the h22?

Are the rod bearings the same as the h22 or h23 preludes?

Anyone?
