Only the OG oldschoolers will know. I'll have to scan a add from one of my 96 superstreet's , It's a carbon intake for a gsr that I cut up to make fit my car, its a 3 in tube with some interesting curves since its for a teg. It used to have a section that necked down to fit a small gsr t-body, I just cut that section straight off.
Here's another test we did.. On a STOCK b17 .. STRONG motor with boltons and hondata..
Did I mention STrong..lol

can you post a pic of the hondasport intake ? was there any fuel corectins made at all and did the air/fuel readings show the j's running richer or leaner through the middle of the chart ? what intake was your motor tuned with. p.s. nice #'s and thanks for taking the time to do this.

Props on a good test.
I would love to test that Hondasport intake on my ITR.
Going to the dyno next week to tune the new motor anyway...

We used the same filter for the j's stuff..The hondasport and the ebay have generic filters on them.
Tbone, you should set up a "great intake test", test all of the top intakes, Comptech, Mugen, Js, AEM etc. and see what makes the most power
I dont think its a fair teast because the car isnt moving...Also each car will react different.. All those intakes kicked butt on Mansons crx but sucked on my car..And most wont fit my crx..lol
