here are the very confusing result charts.
we will break down the graph picture by picture later tonight to give you a better view of the results. i figured everyone has been waiting so why not just post this one now that we have the correct dyno charts
.
So... with that said....

Blue - Base Line *EDIT*... Pep Boys intake K&N filter...sorry for the confusion.
Red- Js Racing

91 CRX SI, B17 all stock internals, dc cam gears, dc header, thermal exhaust, pep boys intake with k&n filter
yes its really ALL STOCK INTERNALS... the timing was advanced and the a/f was tuned, but other than that everything is stock. accourding to the dyno graph there is still alot of tuning to be performed, but since we wanted to make this a Bolt On showing.....like you bought it slapped it on and thats that.... im sure not too many people have time or money to play at the dyno or even want to for that matter. most people buy an intake and just toss it on and thats what we wanted to show.
Just so you all know this motor is VERY strong. the leak down numbers were under 5% per cylinder. i don't know why it performs so well but i don't argue with it. best motor i have even had.
more on this later...
thanks for the positive comments....

Baseline: 160.5/119.3
J's: 162.0/110.7
Loss of torque with J's???
Another question, was there adequate air flow to the intakes while the car was on the dyno? When the car is rolling there is MUCH more air to the intake.

Considering everyone copied off one design. I would "guess" every intake has the same demisions and lengths. So I think the filter is whats going to make the biggest difference. Just a thought.............

It says 119 not 110.
As far as airflow goes, Theres a big fan blowing on the car as the pulls are made. More for cooling purposes though. Where do you think this "much more air " is comming from?

So the baseline is with the stock airbox?? I might have to reinstall mine if thats the case. For fractions of a Horsepower, I would rather just have a quiet stock intake.
Ram air to loud

NOOOOOO..lol Baseline was with his 3.in pep boys intake not a stock airbox... So all the gais were over a 3in tube intake with filter. So they all did well over that. Over stock would probably be a huge gain..lol
