Default Check Engine Light - Code 17, VSS

I'm running a 1st gen B16a with a Hondata ODB0 PR3 on a CRX. I'm getting a random check engine light every now and then - code 17, VSS (vehicle speed sensor). Can someone point me in the right direction as to where this sensor is located?
