its a fuel pressure regulator to increase or decrease fuel pressure with a flick of the wrist

 

heres some pressure guages you asked for there very nice and awsome quality note it has a strait 1/8npt for easy install on your aem rail or any other fuel sys out there asking for $20.00 plus shipping lots in stock better reading than the autolink ones!!!easy to see and read also in bars
