Well with all the head stuff you got...spend $3K and get a Dart block bored out to 84mm (or 85) and get the Eagle stroker kit...get H22 goodness without the swap woes.

there are disadvantages to stroking, do a search. if its a daily driver, do a mild itr motor build up(i/h/e/cams/tuning) for 180-190whp easy. Your goal has the widest range of anyones ive ever seen. The difference between 170 and 230whp NA is about $4000 dollars lol.

Its true, you gain more low end torque thus your car is only more driveable were you need it to be. Plus it lowers your RPM capability (both physically, and less efficient up top) so you won't be able to kill your motor as fast with 9K redlines...have to stay down around 7K.

Yep sounds like a real bummer for daily driving.

Just imagine how crappy this ride is with its stroker.

if he wants more displacement, get an h22, if he wants more tq, turbo it, dont stay na, and if he wants to have tq down low, get a fricken v8. stroker kits put a lot of stress on cylinder walls and the walls may ovalize faster.

Daily driver I say H22, anything else prob ITR. You really really can't understand the advantages of that torque until you've driven one daily. It's like driving a V8 if it's in a light chassis...............John
