Interestingly enough, my POWER FC came in last week. I was reading the Japanese on the side of the box and it stated that it was for a Civic Type R EK9. I knew that it didn't matter for Type R / GS-R/ LS for boosting, but I was suprised to learn that they sent me an CTR ECU.



Now that the 3037 runs, its time to rid the Hondata, and RE-MAP

 

It does matter ...sort of....it won't be useable until you have it programed by an Excel shop or with a datalogit

 

Already got the tuner, and FC datalogit on the way

yeah mine was the same. got it programmed by XS.

ahhh... from God himself....he doesn't come here anymore does he... I sold him a bunch of Subaru parts for his WRX...I wonder how things are with him

 

Not bad.. Oh you wouldn't by chance still have the FC datalogit for HONDA would you, I'll be waiting a good month before I can get my hands on it, and could use it for one dyno session?

 

No Datalogit here...I want one, I don't think I would know how to use it

 

Hey Mirai Z, I finally got the Power FC installed and tuned, we did a conservative 362whp@256ft/lbs on only 14.6 psi w/ the GT3037....

It took a while for the datalogit to come in, and found that it needed the SOFTWARE. The hardware is the same as he RX-7 versions.
